Please use the steps below:
- Download the application form here.
- Email the duly completed application form to customer@waafibank.com with all the required documents for processing
- Once successful, the Bank will email:
- the user ID and password for the account activation; and
- the instructions to fund the account
- Should the application is unsuccessful, the Bank will inform the applicant via email.
The required documents are:
- Passport/National ID
- Evidence of address via utility bills or bank statement
- Employment letter or income evidence

- Download the Remittance Application Form (RAF) here.
- Send the duly completed form to customer@waafibank.com for processing.
- The Bank will send an email to you to confirm the successful transfer or otherwise
- By sending in the form, you agree to the terms and conditions for the Application For Remittance.
The following could be the reasons for unsuccessful log-in:
- Poor internet connections
- Typing errors when logging in. If you cannot log in, double-check that you have entered your username and password correctly. If you cannot remember your password, request for a new password by emailing to customer@waafibank.com
- The banking system is undergoing its scheduled maintenance
- Suppose you have pop-up blockers enabled on your browser, you may need to disable them for the website to function appropriately, especially if the bank uses pop-ups for verifying login credentials or authentication
After 3 failed attempts, your account will be blocked to protect your money. To unblock, kindly contact customer@waafibank.com
Please email customer@waafibank.com and we will reset your username and password.
To view the account statement, log into your internet banking account to see the details.
If you suspect that you have been a victim of fraud, please immediately alert the Bank at customer@waafibank.com
Once the account is closed, the Bank will email the confirmation together with the latest 12 months transaction history.
Your next of kin needs to email us at customer@waafibank.com. The Bank will then contact the Authorised Nominee who will further manage your account. We do everything we can to help.
Please email to customer@waafibank.com. The Bank will contact you within three (3) working days to get clarifications if needed. We will investigate and resolve the complaint within eight (8) weeks.
If you are dissatisfied with the Bank’s response, you may forward your complaint to the Labuan FSA, within six (6) months of the date of the final response at:
